It was established as an Electrical Services provider in South Africa, with a view of offering Protection and Metering solutions in the Electrical Power Industry.

The company was formed in 2015 to participate in the low and medium voltage electrical and mechanical infrastructure development of South Africa. Today, the company operates throughout Africa providing a wide range of services, but specialising in Electrical Maintenance, Servicing, Repairs and supply of Spare Parts. SigmaHV strives to maintain the highest technical competence and client service to its valued customers.

Our other main area of activity is switchgear retrofit work encompassing the design, manufacture, procurement, delivery to site, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems on electrical switchgear up to, and including, 33kV. The company has handled projects as main contractor & has also worked in partnership with other local companies in the Republic of South Africa to handle larger and specialised projects. We have highly skilled and experienced management and personnel, which translates to an indepth knowledge of the local business environment and offering a distinct cost advantage.
